Our responsibility to you:
* Add the patient demographics to either our user friendly web based system or to yours.
* Post all charges, submitting claims either electronically or mail on HCFA Form 1500 or UB92 to the appropriate insurance carrier.
* Post all payments and adjustments as required.
* Follow claims through until claims are paid by both, primary and secondary carriers.
* Bill out monthly patient statements as well as interact with the patients' questions and concerns about his/her bill.
* Supply all clients with monthly reports.
We Submit Accurate Clean Claims
Telstar Practrice Management can design a package to best suit your needs or we can offer you our basic, comprehensive package. Our fee is a low percentage based on monthly collections. We work efficiently and aggressively, interacting with both, your office staff's needs and the rules of the various insurance companies.
After supplying us with your Insurance Provider Information, all you have to do is supply us with the patient demographics, as well as the front and back of the patient's insurance card, authorization numbers and your daily routing sheets. When payments/explanations of benefits come in, you will supply us with a copy of each.
